Kastral, the Windcrested (BLB-221) is a legendary Bird Scout creature from the Bloomburrow expansion. It has Flying and a triggered ability that, when your Birds deal combat damage to a player, lets you choose to reanimate a Bird with a finality counter, put a +1/+1 counter on each Bird you control, or draw a card. The finality counter exiles that permanent if it would go to the graveyard, and it can be applied to any permanent rather than granting additional abilities.
