Blooming Blast (BLB 126 — Foil) is an uncommon red instant from Bloomburrow that interacts with the set's Gift mechanic. It deals 2 damage to a target creature and, if you promised the Treasure gift as an additional cost, it also deals 3 damage to that creature's controller. The card lets you optionally give an opponent a Treasure token as part of casting it to gain the extra player-directed damage effect.
