Bandit's Talent (BLB 83, Uncommon) is a black Enchantment — Class from the Bloomburrow set. It starts with an enter-the-battlefield effect forcing opponents to discard two cards unless they discard a nonland card, and it has activated abilities to gain levels that unlock stronger triggered effects. At higher levels it punishes opponents with low hand sizes by draining life each upkeep and later replaces your draw step with additional draws based on opponents with one or fewer cards.
