Artist's Talent (BLB-124) is a red Enchantment — Class from the Bloomburrow set that starts with an activated triggered ability letting you discard a card to draw whenever you cast a noncreature spell. Its level abilities let you pay twice to advance it: at level 2 it reduces the generic cost of your noncreature spells by {1}, and at level 3 it makes your sources deal an additional 2 noncombat damage to opponents or their permanents. The card supports spells-matter red decks by smoothing card flow and then evolving into cost reduction and extra damage to amplify spell-based win conditions.
