The Infamous Cruelclaw (PBLB-219p) is a legendary Weasel Mercenary creature from the Bloomburrow Promos set. It has menace and a combat damage trigger that exiles cards from your library until you exile a nonland card, allowing you to cast that card by discarding a card instead of paying its mana cost. This ability resolves immediately as part of the trigger and can be used to cast nonland spells with timing ignored, though X costs are treated as zero and mandatory additional costs must still be paid.
