The Infamous Cruelclaw (PBLB-219p foil) is a legendary black-red Weasel Mercenary creature from Bloomburrow Promos. It has menace and an enter-the-battlefield-like triggered ability that exiles cards from your library until you hit a nonland card and lets you cast that card by discarding a card instead of paying its mana cost. As a 3/3 with a self-contained card-advantage engine, it functions as a value engine in aggressive or midrange decks that can exploit casting off the top of the library.
