It has deathtouch and an activated tap ability that lets you cast creature spells from your graveyard this turn by foraging, with those creatures entering with a finality counter that exiles them if they'd die. The card supports graveyard recursion at the cost of exiling via finality counters, enabling short-term reuses of creatures but preventing repeated recursion for the same permanent.
