It may enter the battlefield as a copy of any creature on the battlefield with mana value less than or equal to the total mana spent to cast it, but it is a Bird in addition to its other types and has flying. As a baseline if you choose not to copy anything it is a 1/1 flying creature, and any enter-the-battlefield abilities of the copied creature will trigger when it enters as that copy.
