Kastral, the Windcrested (PBLB-221p foil) is a legendary Bird Scout creature from the Bloomburrow Promos set with flying and a 4/5 body. Whenever one or more Birds you control deal combat damage to a player, you choose to either reanimate a Bird from your hand or graveyard with a finality counter, put a +1/+1 counter on each Bird you control, or draw a card. The finality counter rule causes any permanent with that counter to be exiled instead of going to the graveyard if it would be put there from the battlefield, which affects reanimation timing and interactions.
