Glarb, Calamity's Augur (PBLB-215p) is a legendary Frog Wizard Noble creature from the Bloomburrow Promos set. It lets you look at the top card of your library at any time and permits you to play lands and cast spells with mana value 4 or greater from the top of your library; it also has deathtouch and an activated ability to tap for Surveil 2. As a three-mana, 2/4 with those effects, it serves both as a defensive blocker with removal deterrence and as a card-advantage engine that enables off-the-top play and library manipulation.
