Eluge, the Shoreless Sea (PBLB-49p foil) is a legendary Creature — Elemental Fish from the Bloomburrow Promos set. Its power and toughness are each equal to the number of Islands you control, and when it enters or attacks it puts a flood counter on a land, making that land an Island while the counter remains. The first instant or sorcery you cast each turn gets cheaper by {U} (or {1}) for each land you control with a flood counter, enabling cost reduction and tempo plays in Island-focused decks.
