Description

Dragonhawk, Fate's Tempest (PBLB-132p foil) is a legendary Bird Dragon creature from the Bloomburrow Promos set. It has flying and a triggered ability that exiles the top X cards of your library when it enters or attacks, where X equals the number of creatures you control with power 4 or greater, and lets you play those cards until your next end step. At the beginning of that end step, it deals 2 damage to each opponent for each of the exiled cards still remaining.
