Description

Teferi, Time Raveler (BLC-92) is a Legendary Planeswalker from the Bloomburrow Commander expansion. Its static ability confines opponents to sorcery timing while its +1 lets you cast your sorceries as though they had flash until your next turn. Its −3 can return an artifact, creature, or enchantment to its owner's hand and draw a card, and official rulings state Teferi's timing restriction takes precedence if effects grant flash to opponents.
