Saw in Half (BLC-113) is a rare black Instant from the Bloomburrow Commander set. It destroys a target creature and, if that creature dies that way, its controller creates two token copies of it whose power and toughness are each half the original's (round up). The effect converts removal into card advantage by replacing one creature with two smaller copies that can still interact with enter-the-battlefield and other triggered effects.
