Rootcast Apprenticeship (BLC-32) is a rare green sorcery from the Bloomburrow Commander set that lets you choose three modes and may repeat modes. Its modes include putting two +1/+1 counters on a creature, copying a token you control, creating a 1/1 green Squirrel token for a player, or forcing an opponent to sacrifice a nontoken artifact. The spell resolves its chosen effects in the printed order and requires legal targets for any mode chosen, with special rules for copying and multiple-mode choices noted in its rulings.
