Description

Narset, Parter of Veils (BLC-76 foil) is a legendary Planeswalker reprint in the Bloomburrow Commander set. Her static ability prevents each opponent from drawing more than one card each turn, limiting opponents' card advantage. Her −2 loyalty ability lets you dig four cards and grab a noncreature, nonland card, enabling selection and consistency in control or combo shells.
