Veil of Secrecy (BOK-59) is a blue Instant — Arcane from Betrayers of Kamigawa. It gives target creature shroud until end of turn and makes that creature unblockable for the turn, and it can be spliced onto another Arcane by returning a blue creature you control to its owner’s hand. The splice option lets you add its effects to other Arcane spells, enabling combo or evasive interactions without spending the card itself.
