Sway of the Stars (BOK-54, foil) is a rare sorcery from Betrayers of Kamigawa that resets many game zones for each player. When it resolves, each player shuffles their hand, graveyard, and all owned permanents into their library, then draws seven cards and their life total becomes 7. The effect includes tokens (which cease to exist when the spell resolves) and the card itself is not shuffled into a library until after it has finished resolving.
