It has an enters-the-battlefield Partner with Soulblade Corrupter ability and a triggered Support 2 that places up to two +1/+1 counters on other creatures. As a nonlegendary creature it cannot be a commander, but its Partner with ability lets a player tutor the paired card into hand when it enters the battlefield.
