It forces repeated coin flips at the beginning of your combat and doubles Okaun’s power and toughness each time a player wins a flip until end of turn. In multiplayer/Commander contexts it enables a two-commander deck with Zndrsplt and provides a high-variance combat finisher by potentially growing extremely large through flips.
