It has an enter-the-battlefield support 2 ability to put +1/+1 counters on up to two other target creatures and a triggered ability that draws you a card whenever you put one or more counters on a creature an opponent controls. Its combination of distributing counters to allies or opponents and drawing when opponents receive counters gives it both a supportive role and a political/toolbox angle in multiplayer or token/counter decks.
