Until end of turn, whenever a player casts an instant or sorcery spell, that player creates a copy of it and may choose new targets for the copy. The copy is created on the stack and is controlled by the player who cast the original spell, with copies resolving before the original and following rules about X values, modes, and additional costs as noted in its rulings.
