Refreshing Elixir (TBTH-14) is a common artifact from the Battle the Horde memorabilia set. At the beginning of the Horde's first main phase it causes an extra card to be revealed and cast by the Horde, and it has a Hero's Reward trigger that gives each player 5 life when it goes to the graveyard. The card functions as a nonmana artifact with effects that interact with the Horde mechanic and incidental life-gain when sacrificed or milled.
