Prism Array (BFZ #81, foil) is a rare enchantment from Battle for Zendikar. It enters with a number of crystal counters equal to how many colors of mana were spent to cast it and can remove a counter to tap a target creature. It also has a five-color activated ability that lets you pay one of each color to Scry 3, offering both interaction and card selection.
