Brilliant Spectrum (BFZ 70, foil) is a blue sorcery from the Battle for Zendikar set that uses the Converge mechanic. Its effect draws a number of cards equal to the number of colors of mana spent to cast it and then makes you discard two cards. This card rewards multi-colored mana bases by scaling card draw with the diversity of colors used to pay its cost.
