Brilliant Spectrum (BFZ-70) is a common sorcery from Battle for Zendikar that uses the Converge mechanic. It draws a number of cards equal to the number of colors of mana spent to cast it and then forces you to discard two cards. As a blue card with a {3}{U} mana cost, it generally fits into multicolored decks that can maximize Converge or into decks that want selective card selection and filtering.
