Volo, Itinerant Scholar (PCLB-103s foil) is a legendary creature — Human Wizard from the Battle for Baldur's Gate Promos set. When it enters, it creates Volo's Journal, a legendary artifact token that tracks creature types and {2},{T} can draw cards based on types noted for a Volo's Journal you control. It also has the Choose a Background ability, letting it function as one of two commanders when paired with a Background.
