Shameless Charlatan (PCLB-96s foil) is a legendary Background enchantment from the Battle for Baldur's Gate Promos set. It gives commander creatures you own an activated ability that for {2}{U} makes that creature become a copy of another target creature. This card is mainly used to enable flexible commander interactions and copying effects in multiplayer Commander decks.
