Description

Gale, Waterdeep Prodigy (PCLB-72s foil) is a Legendary Creature — Human Wizard from the Battle for Baldur's Gate Promos set. Whenever you cast an instant or sorcery from your hand, you may cast up to one target card of the other type from your graveyard, with those spells exiled if they would return to the graveyard. The card also has the Choose a Background ability, enabling it to serve as one of two commanders in formats that allow Backgrounds.
