Ty Lee, Chi Blocker (TLA-371) is a legendary blue creature with Flash and Prowess from the Avatar: The Last Airbender expansion. When she enters the battlefield she can tap a creature and prevent it from untapping while you control her, and she gets temporary +1/+1 bonuses from casting noncreature spells. Her 2/1 body and Flash make her a tempo piece that can both respond to opponents and gain incremental combat power through spellcasting.
