When Iroh enters, create a Food token. At the beginning of combat on your turn, you may have target opponent gain control of target permanent you control. When you do, create a 1/1 white Ally creature token. Put a +1/+1 counter on that token for each permanent you own that your opponents control.

Iroh, Tea Master (TLA 228 foil) is a legendary Human Citizen Ally creature from the Avatar: The Last Airbender set. When he enters the battlefield he creates a Food token, and at the beginning of your combat you can give an opponent control of a permanent to generate a 1/1 white Ally that gets +1/+1 counters based on permanents you own that your opponents control. This card supports token production and political interaction by converting temporary sacrifices of permanents into growing Ally creatures for your board.
