Crashing Wave (TLA 300 — Uncommon) is a blue sorcery from the Avatar: The Last Airbender set that requires {U}{U} to cast. It asks you to pay an additional waterbend X cost and then lets you tap up to X target creatures while distributing three stun counters among tapped creatures your opponents control. The spell can be used to lock down opposing bodies and progressively prevent untapping by removing stun counters when they would untap.
