Description

Wan Shi Tong, All-Knowing (TLE-98 foil) is a legendary creature — Bird Spirit from the Avatar: The Last Airbender Eternal expansion. It has flying and an enter-the-battlefield triggered ability that forces a target nonland permanent's owner to put that permanent into their library either second-from-the-top or on the bottom. It also creates two 1/1 colorless Spirit tokens whenever one or more cards are put into a library, and those tokens have the restriction that they can't block or be blocked by non-Spirit creatures.
