Description

Wan Shi Tong, All-Knowing (TLE-182 foil) is a legendary Bird Spirit creature from the Avatar: The Last Airbender Eternal expansion. It has flying and an enter-the-battlefield effect that forces an opponent to put a targeted nonland permanent into their library second-from-top or on the bottom. It also creates two 1/1 colorless Spirit tokens whenever one or more cards are put into a library from anywhere, providing recurring board presence and synergies with library-mill effects.
