Description

Wan Shi Tong, All-Knowing is a legendary Bird Spirit creature from the Avatar: The Last Airbender Eternal set (collector number 182). When it enters, it forces the owner of a target nonland permanent to put that permanent into their library either second from the top or on the bottom, and it creates two 1/1 colorless Spirit tokens whenever one or more cards are put into a library from anywhere. It has flying and a 4/4 body for five mana, and its tokens can't block or be blocked by non-Spirit creatures, supporting library-manipulation and token-synergy strategies.
