Banishing Stroke (AVR 7, foil) is an uncommon instant from Avacyn Restored. It puts target artifact, creature, or enchantment on the bottom of its owner’s library and has Miracle {W}, letting you cast it for a reduced cost if it’s the first card you drew that turn. Because it sends permanents to the bottom of the library instead of destroying or exiling them, it avoids most graveyard-based interactions and can be used to temporarily neutralize threats.
