It can return a target creature card from your graveyard to the battlefield and has a Freerunning alternative cost allowing you to cast it cheaper if an Assassin or commander you control dealt combat damage to a player that turn. The card supports graveyard recursion strategies and rewards aggressive Assassin-centric decks that enable the Freerunning condition.
