It exiles a nontoken creature you own and the top two cards of your library into a facedown pile, shuffles that pile, then cloaks those cards so they enter the battlefield tapped as 2/2s with ward {2}. This card enables tempo or evasive plays by replacing a creature with hidden cloaked creatures you can later turn face up for their creature mana costs.
