Because I Have Willed It (OE01-1★) is an Ongoing Scheme from Archenemy: Nicol Bolas Schemes. It makes spells you cast cost {1} less and is abandoned if opposing players together cast four or more spells in a turn. As an Archenemy scheme it sits face up for the archenemy and triggers its abandon condition at opponents' end steps rather than being a deck card for individual players.
