Metamorphosis (ARN 51) is a green sorcery from the Arabian Nights expansion that requires sacrificing a creature as an additional cost. It produces X mana of one color equal to one plus the sacrificed creature's mana value, and that mana can only be spent to cast creature spells. The design lets you convert a creature into a burst of creature-casting mana, enabling larger or multiple creature spells in a single turn.
