It instructs the caster to choose a number and flip a coin that many times or until a flip is lost, rewarding winning every flip by drawing two cards per flip. As a high-variance draw spell in blue-red, it can be used as a burst card-advantage engine or a risky top-decking tool depending on deck strategy.
