Vizier of Remedies (AKH-38) is a white Human Cleric creature from Amonkhet printed as an uncommon foil. It replaces any event that would put one or more -1/-1 counters on a creature you control by reducing the number of those counters by one. This effect interacts strongly with infect, wither, and cards that put -1/-1 counters on creatures, turning many such effects into smaller penalties or neutralizing single-counter placements.
