Failure // Comply (AKH 221, Rare) is a split card from Amonkhet with Failure as the front instant and Comply as the aftermath sorcery. Failure returns target spell to its owner's hand, while Comply can be cast from your graveyard and names a card so opponents can't cast spells with that name until your next turn. The card supports reactive play by interrupting an opponent's spell then later locking a specific spell name from being cast.
