Consuming Fervor (AKH-126) is an uncommon Enchantment — Aura. It gives the enchanted creature +3/+3 and grants a triggered ability that puts a -1/-1 counter on it at the beginning of your upkeep. Rulings note that if the aura is removed the creature keeps any -1/-1 counters but loses the bonus, and multiple copies each add their own trigger.
