Soulstinger (AKR-124) is a black Creature — Scorpion Demon from Amonkhet Remastered. It enters the battlefield with a triggered ability that puts two -1/-1 counters on a creature you control, and when it dies you may move all of its -1/-1 counters onto a single target creature. Its design trades incremental self-debuffing for a potential late-game removal or board-control effect by concentrating its counters onto an opponent’s or your own creature.
