Refuse // Cooperate (AKR-255) is a split instant with a red front half and a blue aftermath back half from Amonkhet Remastered. Refuse deals damage to the controller of a target spell equal to that spell’s mana value, while Cooperate (castable only from your graveyard due to Aftermath) copies a target instant or sorcery and may choose new targets. The card supports both punishing opponents for casting big spells and generating extra value by copying key instants or sorceries from the graveyard.
