As Foretold (AKR-49) is a blue enchantment from Amonkhet Remastered that accumulates time counters at the beginning of your upkeep. Once each turn you may pay {0} to cast a spell with mana value X or less, where X equals the number of time counters on the enchantment, letting you cast increasingly larger spells for no mana.
