Richlau, Headmaster (YBRO-23) is a legendary Human Advisor creature from the Alchemy: The Brothers' War set. At the beginning of your end step you may pay 1 to give a target artifact card in your graveyard a permanent effect that reduces its casting cost by 1 and, if it’s a creature or Vehicle, gives it +2/+2 before putting it second from the top of your library. It serves as artifact recursion and a value engine in blue-white decks that want to reuse or cheat key artifacts and artifact creatures back into play.
