Divine Purge (YMID-4) is a white sorcery from the Alchemy: Innistrad set. It exiles all artifacts and creatures with mana value 3 or less and allows their owners to play them while exiled, while also imposing that they cost 2 more to cast and enter the battlefield tapped. The effect creates a temporary exile tax and tempo penalty for affected permanents, letting owners still access those cards but at increased cost and delayed board presence.
