Vhal, Scholar of Tactics (HBG-8w) is a Legendary Human Wizard creature from Alchemy Horizons: Baldur's Gate. When it specializes, it removes all study counters to redistribute that many +1/+1 counters among any number of target creatures, and it also has a tap ability to draw then discard a card. Its mix of counter redistribution and card filtering gives it a supportive role in creature-focused or tempo-oriented white-blue decks.
